Towzen offers two styles of soymilk ramen - non-spicy musashi (yuba & mushroom) or spicy tantanmen (w soy mince). You can choose your portion size and add chlorella/hemp to your soup. I had regular musashi ramen (medium). The musashi soup is like a thick cream of umami spiked with aromatic yuzu and sansho and it clung onto each strand of the perfectly al dente ramen. The musashi soup is non-oily. While the main focus is on the soup and the noodles, the portion of yuba and mushroom toppings was stingy for the price. Go for large if you have a big appetite.
