Caribbean Pineapple Chicken at Pulse Cafe — Alison Germagian's Review (Feb 20, 2019)

This dish was SO GOOD. The texture was perfect and the flavor was unique and fun. I brought some home to my nonvegan roommate and she could not tell it was vegan. The dish also had some perfectly cooked collard greens that were amazing.
