Review of Olive Fried Rice at The Deck by consciouscookieee
This dish was savoury and wasn’t too salty or oily. The pieces of olive vegetables added depth in terms of flavour, and were cooked to an almost melt-in-your-mouth texture along with some shredded cabbage. Liked how they use brown rice to add more fibre & nutrition to the dish! You can also add-on vegetables, tofu and mock meat if you like, or choose to have the typical rice, noodles or bee hoon with two or three options instead. #friedrice #olive #chinesefood #nuseats
