This dish was savoury and wasn’t too salty or oily. The pieces of olive vegetables
added depth in terms of flavour, and were cooked to an almost melt-in-your-mouth texture along with some shredded cabbage. Liked how they use brown rice to add more fibre & nutrition to the dish!
