Japanese Rice at Genesis Vegan Restaurant — Rihyang's Review (Feb 15, 2019)

Brown rice served on a seaweed sheet and topped with cucumber, mango, raisins and nuts. Very fresh, healthy, not too salty or oily, but not sure if I would order it again. Probably because it was nice but too straight forward (I am a bit demanding when it comes to eating at restaurants lol)
