If you’re like me and make no compromise on your food, like me you will find that Ichigaya is quite a horrible spot in Tokyo for a vegan to be working and... eating. This is my case and I found Ichigaya to be my biggest headache until I found High Five Salad my heaven and salvation. The place has two vegan options, I picked one, the Hummus and Quinoa. They let you pick Pasta with your dressing, it’s expensive but voluminous, with sweet potato, beans, apple and pomegranate. There is only one vegan dressing but I have no critic because I’m so grateful there is a salad shop in an area that is so unvegan.
