wow i really missed out on this when i was last in bali, it sounds really delicious!

Nona’s spaghetti carbonara

The creamy miso tofu sauce with sautéed onions and mushrooms gives this dish a wonderful depth of flavour, and the coconut bacon adds the perfect amount of smokey, umami goodness! Really comforting!
