Budae Jjigae at Soul Veggie Korean Vegetarian — Shanna's Review (Dec 22, 2018)

Love how they use purple rice! The cheese has miraculously melted into the soup, so you can taste it, but not see it. Fulfilling and hearty bowl of soup. I didnt really love the mock meat, so I will try the Kimchi Jjigae next time!
