On Sunday nights, Joy, Gabor & Joe (the affable co-owners of Aloha Joy) take their food truck from their usual location in Kihei to the Maui Sunday Market at KahuluI ShoppIng Center. That’s where I had thIs dish tonight. It’s beautiful to look at and *even better to taste*
