Review of Wild Mushroom Charcoal Tagliatelle at SUFOOD Singapore by alyrauff

Interesting to say the least.
It was a good serve size if you’re getting the 8 course set.
All the flavour was in the broth/soup. Not bad but also not great. Honestly the tagliatelle was quite thick (like it was fat?) and that made me enjoy it a little less.
I didnMt love the addition of cauliflower and broccoli in it but in all honesty the flavour they get in the brother/soup was magnificent.
I feel there is room to improve the dish.
Hopefully better to come soon.
