Review of Love Bruschetta at Moksa Plant-based Restaurant & Permaculture Garden by lou

Tomato, avocado and corn salsa, set on living crackers topped with herbed cashew cheese. It looked and tasted amazing!! The cashew cheese was really good and so were the living crackers which I guess is made of flaxseed or some kind of seeds but I'm not sure.
