Review of Quinoa tofu sandwich at Cedele Bakery Café by holyloewe

[Quinoa Tofu Pumpkin Burger, $8.50]
A thick slice of glorious pumpkin, meltingly tender, crunchy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, crispy sprouts, and a satisfying quinoa patty, hugged by slices of wholemeal bread: loads of carby goodness. Loved how the fresh veggies cut through the soft patty and pumpkin. Two caveats, however: the sandwich is on the small side (or maybe i’m a glutton), and the quinoa patty tends to crumble everywhere (or maybe i’m a messy eater). Delicious, but I‘d stick with another sandwich; unless you’re all about that protein, in which case by all means get yourself this sandwich and bask in its glory.
