Review of Infusion of Cepes and Truffle at Joie by shanna

The presentation was quite bad. Stains of soup around the dish surface. Not expected of a restaurant of this... price.
Taste wise, I like how the mushrooms were grated to the extent you can still feel it. The black truffle aroma is sufficient too. However, there seems to be some layer of oil which I suppose is the white truffle oil, is a bit too much for me, especially since... it just tastes like oil.
The portion is really a wee bit smaller than I hope have expected.
