Review of Squash and Arugula salad at The Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar by letusbeheroes

You have to ask for a vegan version of this salad. Sadly, the kitchen does not try to replace or enhance anything after substracting dairy and egg products. It was ok, but very plain. I also thought the squash would be roasted
