Discovered this raw food eatery and market (for groceries) while travelling. A short walk from my hotel. I have been eating there for 2 days and everything is delicious and made with love and care. Staff are warm and welcoming. The lemon cheesecake was worth every penny! The smoothies are unique recipes and filling. Lots of veggie dishes, raw vegan wraps and pizzas, Buddha bowls, etc. There is another location downtown nanaimo.
