Shaanxi Cold Noodle Salad at Nectar — Miranda Zhang's Review (Jul 25, 2018)

This is a smorgasbord of refreshing flavours and interesting textures. The highlights for me were the flat, bumpy noodles - fun! - and the bean curd, which added a splash of protein. Not terribly flavourful but everything mixed together well to create a light but tasty impression.
