Review of Blackforest cake at HRVST Cafe & Bar by alyrauff

Tasty and something I believe non vegans would enjoy.
However, not one of the better vegan cakes i’ve had. It’s moist and well flavored but there was something off about it.
Something that made it feel like a “vegan cake” rather than just a cake. So the recipe definitely needs editing to make it perfect.
They do well with presentation but can work on the flavours.
My non-vegan friend enjoyed it since he’s never had a vegan cake. But again, vegans would know this is not ideal cake quality.
