Blackforest cake

Great! Tasted more like a moist blackforest brownie? There were no cherries when I bit

into the cake. Not the usual interpretation of a black forest cake. But the raspberry sorbet really complemented it! Overall worth having more than once

Best vegan cake I had in Singapore (oh well, at least so far.) Making reference

to the black forest flavor by using raspberry sorbet on chocolate cake. Brilliant idea.

Tasty and something I believe non vegans would enjoy.
However, not one of the better vegan

cakes i’ve had. It’s moist and well flavored but there was something off about it.
Something that made it feel like a “vegan cake” rather than just a cake. So the recipe definitely needs editing to make it perfect.
They do well with presentation but can work on the flavours.
My non-vegan friend enjoyed it since he’s never had a vegan cake. But again, vegans would know this is not ideal cake quality.

Cake was moist. Yay. I'm glad I ended my meal with this, because this was

the only thing I liked over there. I feel like it's a subdued and stripped down version of the classic blackforest cake.

Taste was good but definetly not a Black Forest. Very well done for a vegan

cake. Would suggest to change the name

Loved it..not the original black forest as the white cream was missing.
