Ssamjag glazed tofu at Vedge — Aida Garrido's Review (Jul 11, 2018)

Of the eight food items we ordered, every single one was excellent. VEDGE is without a doubt the US's best vegan restaurant. I have never seen vegetables so well-respected. The deserts, which also deserve attention, were equally impressive. Pictured is some of what I ate: glazed tofu, seared maitake mushroom, wood roasted carrot, eggplant bracciole, and cherry cheese cake.
