Amazing! The gnocchi is homemade sweet potato topped with a hemp basil pesto and almond parmesan. The parmesan was a taste I miss as a vegan, but plant-based and delicious! The dish was incredible, but on the smaller side for portions, but perfect if you get appetizers as well.
