This lasagne is made with zucchini sheets, cashew nut cream cheese, pine nuts, mixed herbs pesto, dehydrated tomatoes, baby spinach, shiitake mushroom, walnut, and garden salad. The dressing for the salad has honey in it, so you can ask them to change it to vegan. A really flavourful and filling lasagne!
