"Salad bowl" at Brassica — Liz Maselli's Review (Jun 17, 2018)

Lettuce, lentils and hummus topped with fresh falafel, roasted cauliflower, eggplant, carrot and beet root. Multiple vegan sauces to choose from, my favorite is the red pepper. Everything is really fresh and colorful, I always leave happy.
