The Paragon outlet of Din Tai Fung is the only outlet in Singapore that has a few more options for Veg*ns apart from their regular menu. These deep fried Tofu, water chestnuts and mushrooms squares came with a sweet chilli dip. The squares with mostly tofu were soft on the inside with a thin and crispy tempura like coating. A good side to share with your meal but not something I would detour to this outlet for again. The dipping sauce was too sweet for me and felt pedestrian, almost like a very sweet ketchup.
