Fried green peppers at Si Wei Mao Cai — Vikas Garg's Review (May 24, 2018)

These are super delicious. I won't lie, these are really spicy 🌶🌶🌶 so if you can't handle the heat you better not order them. But they are finished with garlic and vinegar which almost makes them taste a bit lemony and takes just a bit of the edge off. I love these peppers! #sichuan #crazyspicy
