Review of Tom Yum Pumpkin Fettucine at HRVST Cafe & Bar by noll-fyra

I liked the tom yum broth and the well roasted pumpkin, but felt the dish was not completely thought through. The cucumber did not complement the rest of the ingredients, while the corn was a reference to the soup but didn’t work either.
