🍣 The vegetarian sushi rolls at Zuma are made with a combination of vegetables and are a popular plant-based lunch option. The flavors are well-balanced, and the texture is pleasing. Some customers have mentioned that the rolls are fresh and tasty, making them a satisfying meal choice.

It's nice to see that Zuma has a few options for vegans and vegetarians. I looked through all of their veg*n options and basically almost everything is plant-based with the exception of the desserts. The vegetarian rolls are really delicious. Nothing super unique about them, but a great way to enjoy lunch in one of the nicer Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong!
