Vegetarian Sushi Rolls at Zuma — Vikas Garg's Review (Apr 26, 2018)

It's nice to see that Zuma has a few options for vegans and vegetarians. I looked through all of their veg*n options and basically almost everything is plant-based with the exception of the desserts. The vegetarian rolls are really delicious. Nothing super unique about them, but a great way to enjoy lunch in one of the nicer Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong!
