This sandwich has been a rotating hot-pressed sandwich at the brick and mortar location and was on the menu for The Herbivorous Butcher Food Truck's 2018 season. It includes seitan Roast Beef, soy-based Smoked Gouda, marinated mushrooms, sautéed kale, and mushroom mayo.
