Korean Tofu Salad at Spago Singapore — Vikas Garg's Review (Mar 28, 2018)

The bar at Spago on the rooftop of Marina Bay Sands is probably one of the most chill places in Singapore but they have hardly anything to eat if you're veg*n. Skip the "falafel macaroons" and get this delicious tofu salad which is served with an amazing array of veggies. The soy sesame glaze on the tofu was really incredible and made the dish dazzling and saved the night for us vegans!
