I'll admit I was a little skeptical of how yummy raw falafel could taste... But after biting into this delectable balls of sprouted pea, lentil and spices I was pleasantly surprised. This Mediterranean plate totally hits the spot if you are craving those beautiful flavors and don't want your meal unhealthy and deep fried.
This dish is served with cucumber dill sauce, cashew hummus and veggies. My favorite combo is dipping the falafel in the cashew hummus. YUM! Creamy, flavorful, a party in your mouth.

ooh i've never had raw falafel, it does sound much healthier than the deep fried version!
