Review of Hay salt baked celeriac, onion purée, veggie jus, charred kale, tempura shimeji chunk, puffed wild rice, shaved shiitake at HRVST Cafe & Bar by noll-fyra

It looks like a bunch of rocks, but tasted better. The celeriac is tender and goes well with the slightly tangy onion purée. Loved the tempura shimeji, and the wild rice added a lovely crunch.
