This Cottage Pie made with Impossible Burger "meat" is entirely vegan and very much like a Shepard's Pie. The brown gravy, the perfectly cooked onions, and the velvety mashed potatoes all work together beautifully to create an extremely flavorful and satisfying dish. This is comfort on a plate! The dish is served with a side of salad to balance off the richness of the dish.
The Stalking Horse's rendition of the Impossible Burger is my favorite by far. It is a hearty double decker and comes with a delicious combination of cauliflower sauce and vegan cheese. The dish comes as is, but you can always order a side of the chunky "chips" if you're starving!

I’ve heard so many good things about the impossible burger! I wish it was available in Singapore.
i love cottage pie! would love to try this. i tried quorn's cottage pie and it was not good so im curious to see how this one compares 🤔
