Cauliflower Steak at The Shady Shack — Kowshik Sundararajan's Review (Mar 11, 2018)

I had high expectations of this visually stunning dish - unfortunately, the cauliflower itself tasted off and the dip was too oily. The other elements (pumpkin, cabbage and asparagus) were flavourful and helped redeem the dish.
