Mini Avocado Slice 🥑: toasted four-grain bread with fresh #avocado cream, #bruschetta spice mix, #arugula, roasted #pinenuts, balsamic vinegar, garnished with garlic cress and vegan #parmesan. So good! Mini Smashed Veta Toast 🧀: Toasted white bread with fresh apple-pear #compote, Lollo Bionda and #Veta-cheese, fresh pear-apple pieces, garnished with fresh red onion rings, pomegranate seeds, almond slivers and basil pesto. Need I say more? Divine Mini Vegan Scrambled Eggs 🍳: A very well seasoned #scrambledtofu with fresh chives.
