Everything from Vandal is delicious. The service is great too. It was full when we went, and they let us have an outdoor table because we didn’t book. Then they moved us to a table under the outdoor heater as soon as it was available.

like all their dishes, so perfectly presented. these guys were so light and fresh. and wow, the "fish" ceviche - texture is spot on, could be elevated with some sort of marinade cause these products tend to be bland. great dish, just needed some seasoning and maybe a better harmony/balance with the rest of the ingredients like the ponzu etc.

The set menu includes guacamole, ceviche tostada, chargrilled corn, zucchini flower, mushroom quesadilla and taco of your choice. Roasted celeriac katsu taco and crisp Korean eggplant taco are good options. My least favourite is charred lam taco which is still tasty. This is the best value, best tasting, best presentation of vegan food in Sydney. They serve cocktails and mocktails. The drinks are not as good value as the food. The place gets busy at peak times and you’d need to book ahead especially for a larger party i.e. more than two. #vegan #plantbased #veganmexicanfood
