🍜 Vegan bai ling mushroom, kannyaku prawn, Tau pok, bean sprout, broccoli, fried bean curd skin, laksa leaves. I asked to order, so the "soup" and the rest came in two different bowls. The soup was a bit too spicy for me. At the beginning, the fish felt so real that I was a bit scared that they had made a mistake, but after checking the card and every ingredient, it was sure that everything was vegan: mushrooms, vegan shrimp, fishball-like konjac, fried tofu, etc. I didn't enjoy it much, but it was an experience. 🌱 Everything is vegetarian, and a lot of vegan options. 💲9.50 SGD. #veganisnotscary #vegan #govegan #veganfish #veganinsingapore #singapore #veganprawn #spicy #abillionlove #abillion

🍽️ One of the options in green dot is to prepare your own Daily craft bento, where you choose the type of rice (brown in my case), the main (braised Tau Kwa & shiitake mushrooms), and one green (broccoli). It also comes with the soup. The taste of the mushrooms was my favorite. Overall, it was fine. I know rice is a must in every asian diet, but I'm just a little tired of it haha I really miss having different vegan options, like lentils or some types of beans, seitan, ... Something that isn't just rice + tofu + 1-2 same vegetables always (and I say this as a tofu a broccoli lover haha) haha 🏠 This restaurant is located at a lot of different places around Singapore. Oat streusel layered with #coconutmilk cream, as well as thick and fragrant taro and purple sweet potato paste (I didn't seem to find any vanilla cake crumbs hahaha). 🌴🥥🍠 Adorned with an extra floral swirl of purple puree, fluffy vegan whipped cream, dried cranberries, and crushed pistachios. 💜🍒 Appreciated that this wasn't too cloyingly sweet! Slightly reminiscent of Teochew orh nee and/or Taiwanese taro balls. Might sound strange but I think it could potentially also have been cute to have adzuki red beans and sesame seeds as toppings instead, offering a similar pop of colour and texture while having a more Asian fusion dessert-themed flavour profile. Currently at a promotional price of $3.90 at all outlets till end Dec 2023~ ✨ The counter staff told me they were running the promo in the hopes that more people would get to try out and find a little joy in their vegan parfait cups. Springy dry kolo mee noodles tossed in mala sauce. 🍜🌶️ I don't usually eat mala but I found this sauce spicy and numbing enough to be appetising without being overwhelming~ Spiciness level is fixed, so fans of 麻辣大辣 / Extra Spicy Mala might feel this doesn't give enough of a kick haha. The dish mainly featured shredded black fungus, tau kwa, and #sglocal #okk konjac 'kidney' braised in mala sauce. Personally would have preferred the 'kidney' to be swapped to lotus root, baiye tofu, etc less processed and/or more commonly found ingredients in mala xiangguo! But that's just me nitpicking heh. Other toppings included crispy mixed veg gyozas, beancurd skin 'chicken', and bok choy. 🥟🍗 Tasty and with a generous amount of ingredients! Herbal, bitter, and savoury shiitake mushroom broth brewed with Chinese Angelia root and cordyceps~ 🍜🍄 Purportedly in terms of traditional Chinese medicine properties, the former helps with tonifying the blood, while the latter helps with boosting energy.
