Herbal, bitter, and savoury shiitake mushroom broth brewed with Chinese Angelia root and cordyceps~ 🍜🍄 Purportedly in terms of traditional Chinese medicine properties, the former helps with tonifying the blood, while the latter helps with boosting energy. The soup noodles were served with #sglocal #okk konjac seafood/crab Hokkaido balls, soy 'mutton' chunks, tau pok fried beancurd puffs, carrot, and long leaf lettuce. 🍢🥕 Came with a choice of handmade wheat noodles or thick bee hoon rice noodles.
