This burrito was awesome! My fiancé ordered this and we both thought it was great. It’s also a massive portion! The green chili is flavorful and all the fillings are great too.

This salad was good, but I do wish there was a crunchy element, like wontons strips or crispier tofu. I had this with the lemon vinaigrette. I liked how fresh everything was, though. The veggies were all very good.

I enjoyed this so much! This is the veganized version of Rainbow’s Philly cheese breakfast dish, so this version has tofu and cashew cheese instead of eggs and dairy cheese. The tofu is in pieces, rather than broken up like a traditional tofu scramble, but I actually really enjoyed the texture of it. You can also opt for tempeh instead of tofu with this. Overall, super satisfying. I’m glad that Rainbow has recently expanded their vegan offerings!

My fiancé got the “Migas” scramble, made vegan with tofu and cashew cheese. Rainbow has some delicious breakfast meals, and they allow for many of their menu items to be easily veganized, which is awesome! Huge portions from Rainbow as well.
