So yummy! A bit on the pricey side but it’s a HUGE amount of food. Super easy to veganize. Highly recommend!

My fiancé got the “Migas” scramble, made vegan with tofu and cashew cheese. Rainbow has some delicious breakfast meals, and they allow for many of their menu items to be easily veganized, which is awesome! Huge portions from Rainbow as well.
