Bún riêu~ Loved the appetisingly tangy tomato soup!! 🍜🍅 The thin rice noodles came served with a generous amount of wholesome ingredients, including banana 'ham', beancurd, shiitake mushrooms, and veggies. Very satisfying and slurp-worthy hehe. Non-veg mum and I personally found this much more flavourful and value-for-money compared to the one we had recently at Moon Chay Vegetarian! Măng xào sườn non~ YAS I'M BACK AGAIN 😂 Enjoyed the tender and naturally mildly sweet bamboo shoots, sautéed alongside chilli, cilantro, and crispy deep-fried yuba sticks (in lieu of pork ribs in the traditional version of the dish)! 🌶️🍖 Savoury and spicy although admittedly rather greasy - hope there can be a less oily version hehe.
