This was listed as Green Curry with String bean, bamboo shoot, bell pepper, eggplant, basil, rhizome, coconut milk. Spicy I ordered the tofu variant and asked for it to be vegan. It was really tasty and the soft tofu worked well, my only criticism is they asked me whether I wanted it ‘Thai’ spicy which I said yes to as I love spicy food and either they didn’t believe me as the waitress raised her eyebrow when I said spicy or it genuinely wasn’t very spicy anyway but that’s personal taste anyway … I ordered jasmine rice as a side which was well cooked but I’d prefer more or refills as there was loads of sauce left after the rice
