Vegan Khai Soi

This dish was absolutely delicious and I could not believe it was vegan. The curry broth was creamy, flavorful, and perfectly umami. The vegan duck was just ok but the noodles and the soup make up for it! The crispy noodles were ok as an addition but I didn’t like it in the soup. The broth is definitely the star of the show!
