Southern Thai corn cakes, kaffir lime mayo on top with pickled cucumber on the side for $16. Listed as vegetarian on the menu, but we were informed that it is now actually vegan with the change in mayo. Really like the corn cakes! Perfect ratio of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Quite flavourful especially adding the pickled cucumber on top for added crunch and freshness to each bite. Very yum. Wish they could be made bigger and wasn't on the small plates list as well as having more of the mayo dipping 👀😋

Typhoon Shelter Fried Rice including corn, broccolini, burnt garlic, mixture of rice and chilli for $20. The chilli made every bite quite strong with a sting. Because I'm not the biggest spicy food eater, I didn't get through it as much. My friend who does like chilli though, ate all the picked off chilli for me so it's just a personal thing for me that I didn't like it. I like my fried rice as it is w/o spice and on the cheaper/home made end.

Sticky Jackfruit Bao Bun with cabbage, bean sprouts, sweet chilli and coriander for $8 each! A bit steep there. I got the bigger one haha I really liked the sticky and flavourful coating of the jackfruit. Good blend of the soft bao bun and crispy cabbage and sprouts. Wouldn't fill you up though as it is a starter but it's alright. Would defs want to come back to this restaurant and try more of their dishes! Staff was super friendly and onto it.

Kaffir Lime & Lemongrass Crème Caramel for $16 was something I haven't tried before. Texture where it's soft/bouncy and almost crumbly is confusing for me - hence not liking yoghurt but the flavour of this was very smooth and sweet. Not overly sweet but this was shared as I'm not too much of a sweet tooth. Vegan and Gluten Free friendly! The restaurant had a lot of options which was great to see but a bit on the pricey end.
