Ginger caramelised bang bang shitake mushrooms for $18. The flavour of the mushrooms are 'mmm' worthy. The coating adds so much juicy-ness to it. Loved this small dish. A bit on the pricy end for sure but on this occasion, the restaurant had a 'dine for India' day where all the proceeds go to India in helping out with covid-19 which made it worth it.
