There are so many kinds of plant based cheeses nowadays.
And I’m such a sucker for them.
This one was rich, creamy, & smokey.
Made with both cashews and almonds and with no oil or nutritional yeast. more

Maybe it’s the texture and crunch that I miss but HOORAY for the Hooray plant based Bacon!

I wanted something to go with my salad so I picked up Hodo’s Moroccan Tofu Cubes at Whole Foods.
Ready to eat and delicious.
It went really well with some fresh greens.
But it would probably be great on a pizza!

Who doesn’t like deep fried tofu?
This dish comes with Vietnamese Coriander and slice of lemon. It also comes with a a powder.
I don’t know what it is but it has an “eggy” taste to it when sprinkled on tofu.

Fresh Spring rolls are some of my favorite.
This one from Hoa Sen is amazingly good! It has crispy vegan pork on top mixed with vermicelli and veggies all wrapped nicely in rice paper. Peanut sauce is added as a condiment.
