I loved this soup. It soup itself isn’t as heavy as it looks. There is no cream added just cauliflower and potatoes that make it rich and creamy! Most of the flavor was in chickpeas, but i would have loved it with or more
This was a fairly easy dish to make and it was really good. The flatbread was a good side to have for dipping. Loved the dollops of cashew cheese for a lot of added flavor and especially loved the crunch of the crispy shallot topping.
This is the Vermicelli Noodles with Sriracha Maple Tofu. It's so good and probably my favorite entrée. Adding the tofu costs extra, but it's worth it.

This smoothie is seasonal, but I love it. It's made with a blend of banana, pineapple, mango, fresh turmeric root, coconut, and cinnamon!
