Silver-dollar sized. Beautiful as an appetizer plate, but need 2-3 for a sammie. The bell pepper flavor is too strong for my liking in a crab cake. Texture was fine. I fried for 9 mins in EVOO vs air frying. Would buy again.

It is listed as vegetarian, but can be made vegan by not getting the side of sour cream & cheese. Huge portion!! It arrived with a side of refried beans vs. vegan/veg-friendly black beans- so make sure to clarify beans too more

Huge portions and delicious- can easily be shared between 2 people. There was not a lot of vegan meat if that’s important to you, I think the meat sub was a faux chicken that tasted delicious. No spice (heat). Styrofoam takeaway box.
