waffles with vegan chicken, strawberries, & powdered sugar (had mine requested to be served on the side) – was excited for this dish but was sadly let down. the waffle’s taste & consistency just isn’t right.

breaded, deep fried vegan chicken with a side of sweet chilli sauce – unfortunately this was underwhelming. the texture was slightly mushy & left an unpleasant aftertaste. there is room for improvement for sure.

This vegan kebab from Pure Vegan cafe in Raleigh was a good protein rich dish. It came drizzled with sauce. It was also served with fresh #redonions. The kebab was a little spicy but not too much. I thought the kebabs were tasty and had a nice texture. #vegankebab

It was a chilly day when we went to Pure Vegan so I got this warm matcha latte. It was just the right amount of sweetness with a hint of vanilla. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, I definitely recommend checking it out for breakfast if you’re in the Raleigh area. #veganlatte

I enjoyed this uttapam from Pure Vegan in Raleigh. The savory pancake was perfectly cooked. It was filled with tomatoes, cilantro, and onions. It was a very large size as well, it would’ve been perfect for sharing. They didn’t have the coconut chutney available that morning so they gave me a large bowl of lentil soup instead. The lentil soup was awesome, very healthy and filling. Overall a tasty filling meal. #veganiseasy

This peanut butter waffle from pure vegan was delicious. It was covered in peanut butter, bananas and cacao nibs and came with a side of syrup. The waffle was dense but had a good flavor. It came out warm and crispy. The toppings were great. #veganwaffles

My husband and I stopped Pure Vegan because we were in town for a jiu jitsu he was taking part in. He needed a healthy option and this was a great choice. It was made up of strawberries, banana, chocolate protein and almond milk. It was not overly sweet and had a great strawberry taste. He was really hungry when we got there and they mixed this up for him super fast so that was a plus:) So many options and all vegan:). We will definitely be coming back if we are in the area. #vegansmoothie

Took a day trip to Raleigh so HAD to pop in to Pure Vegan Cafe. This is their mac n cheeze, breakfast sandwich & a loaded burger (forgot which type)- ALL were scrumptious!! Cute/pleasant ambiance, great staff, delicious food! We ordered 4 entrees and 2 drinks all for under $50 including a generous tip!

$4 for a side of regular potatoe fries. You can also get sweet potato fries for the same price. This place also has Buffalo ranch fries, chili fries, and chili cheeze fries, so lots of options for the fries lovers! These were very well seasoned and a good serving size. I don’t know what they seasoned them with, but it was incredible. If you’re at Pure Vegan Cafe, try them! #frenchfries

Good burger, nothing unexpected though. Good value for the $10 though! Burger had a vegan beef patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mustard, and ketchup. Didn’t come with any sides, but for the price point that is completely acceptable! Got a side of fries for $4 that were super yummy. The place is all vegan and many dishes have an Indian fusion element to them. #raleighvegan #veganburger
