Uttapam at Pure Vegan Cafe — clarec36's Review (Dec 18, 2023)

I enjoyed this uttapam from Pure Vegan in Raleigh. The savory pancake was perfectly cooked. It was filled with tomatoes, cilantro, and onions. It was a very large size as well, it would’ve been perfect for sharing. They didn’t have the coconut chutney available that morning so they gave me a large bowl of lentil soup instead. The lentil soup was awesome, very healthy and filling. Overall a tasty filling meal. #veganiseasy
