See the beautiful ingredients in the third picture! The flavor is so powerfully good! There is not much of a crunch because with the heat and the other moisture intensive ingredients it doesn't leave the crunch factor crunchy but I don't care too much because it's just that good! Look at the ingredients in the second photo. I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased from Pepe's. The only ingredient that was a little boring tasting for me was the tofu.
