I've never had anything less than five stars from Pepe's Bistro / Kitchen small local business in Lincoln Nebraska!
Phat nutritious ingredients of a flour tortilla filled with tofu cauliflower scramble, tomato, vegan chorizo, herb roasted sweet potato, zucchini, onion, potato, salsa and organic greens!
